Delivery Time: Orders within South Africa typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or personalized items may take additional time.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility: Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom Products: Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Process: To initiate a return, email us at info@divine-designs.co.za with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
